Design & Technology Teacher Required

Start date: September 2022

Teaching Personnel have been approached by the Head Teacher of a welcoming secondary school based in Salisbury for a Design & Technology (DT) Teacher. This is a full-time role starting as soon as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, fully qualified DT Teacher to embark onto a new challenge or for an ECT to gain some all-important experience.

The successful candidate will possess classroom-based experience (this can be during teaching practice) and be capable of planning and marking in line with the national curriculum. The timetable will predominantly consist of Key Stage 3 & 4.

The Art, Design and Technology department is staffed by a team of enthusiastic, dedicated, and resourceful professionals who are very supportive of each other.

Our students are well behaved, happy, engaging, and inquisitive individuals. We are passionate about providing them with the best possible education and they have high aspirations for themselves and look to us to guide them on their journey to adult life.

An enhanced child only DBS registered onto the update service & registration onto the Education Workforce Council is required for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
