Dance teacher required Manchester secondary
Due to an unexpected absence, there is a temporary need for a Dance teacher to join our client school starting right away, teaching Dance across KS3 and GCSE.
- Full time position for Dance teacher well established Manchester secondary school
- School neighbouring M60 motorway
- Supportive SLT for successful Dance teacher
- £110 - £150 per day
Located in Blackley, this is a large reputable secondary comprehensive with a slightly larger than average number of pupils on roll. The vast majority of students on roll are of a white British heritage with a high number of students speaking English as an Additional Language, with most living in the local area. Since the appointment of the new Head and Leadership team, there has been a dramatic rise in pupil progression, with attendance exceeding the national average. There is a strong community feel within the school and students are encouraged to grow spiritually, academically and emotionally.
Requirements of post as Dance teacher;
- Previous experience teaching Dance at GCSE
- UK QTS with Dance PGCE or relevant teaching based qualification
- Ability to start right away
