Cover Teacher
Available on a flexible basis
Salary: GBP100+pd
Teaching Personnel works in partnership with schools in the Winchester area, who are looking to appoint cover teacher's on a flexible basis for when schools re open. The successful cover teacher be a positive role model keen to encourage confidence in students, motivating them to reach above and beyond their potential.
As a successful cover teacher, you will:
- Be confident in classroom management, delivering adaptive and responsive teaching
- Encourage students to have fun whilst learning and to build confidence
- Provide a positive environment for learning, developing powerful learners
- Supervise students in and out of class including in the hallways and cafeteria
- Implement school policies, encouraging challenge through learning
- Assigning classwork and homework in line with regular lesson plans
