Cover Supervisor - Crowborough
Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with number of secondary schools across Crowborough supporting them with their daily staffing requirements.
With this in mind are looking to bolster our team of flexible wish to recruit Cover Supervisors and wish to hear from aspiring teachers who will be confident when delivering pre-planned lessons to pupils in the absence of a class teacher. Experience from a coaching background or working alongside students who are aged between 11-16 is preferred but by no means essential.
Cover Supervisor
- Flexible role working within a number of our key partner schools located close to Crowborough
- Competitive pay rates with earning potential of up to £1400 a month
- Cover Supervisor Inductions and training will be offered
- Immediate start dates available
Teaching Personnel currently work in partnership with a number of secondary schools in Crowborough provide Cover Supervisor induction programmes for newly registered cover staff who wish for a smoother introduction into the Cover Supervisor role.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be the first port of call for absence and sickness in school, covering lessons for teachers and other staff members including senior leaders with teaching timetable. You may be required to cover lessons across the subject range, so flexibility is important and confidence to cover lessons outside your comfort zone. Full support and regular training opportunities are available to the successful Cover supervisor; it is preferred if you have previous experience managing behaviour and classrooms for this role but is by no means essential.
