Are you looking for a cover supervisor position in a secondary school?

Teaching Personnel are the leading recruitment agency for recruitment covering England and Wales. Our Manchester Secondary office is located in Manchester city centre and services the majority of Secondary Schools in the Greater Manchester area. The client school is seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor to join their cover team on a full time, on going basis. This position is due to start immediately when the right teacher is found.

As a cover supervisor, you will be covering pre planned lessons in the absence of the teacher. When cover is not required, you will be providing support and intervention in your subject specialism, working with pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. This is an opportunity to develop your classroom management skills.

  • Pay rate £250 - £300 a week depending on experience

The secondary school is located in a rural area of Cheadle and is easily accessible and has good public transport links. This 'Ofsted' rated school focuses on their pupils as individuals and helps them to develop personally as well as academically. The school offers a wide and varied curriculum, encouraging students to find and develop their passion.
