Cover Supervisor / Study Supervisor

Cover Supervisor opportunity in Secondary school West of Portsmouth!

Our partner School is looking for an effective Cover Supervisor to join their established team. You will supervise learning in classes, in the absence of the class Teacher. This is not a teaching role as cover work will be provided. The role would involve supervising classes across the curriculum, for students in Years 7 to 11, aged 11 to 16 years. In the event that there is no cover required across the School you will be required to help supervise examinations and to assist with administration tasks.

You will need to have...

A passion for engaging young people in learning, as well as having resilience and strength of character. You should have relevant experience and/or be educated up to Degree level. You will need a level headed approach, and the desire to build on your existing skills to progress in this role. You should also be able to think on your feet and be unphased by unfamiliar environments.
