Your Cover Supervisor role...

Will be tailored to your future career aspirations, and your current commitments. We will also support your ongoing development offering you access to our CPD academy, for courses with industry accreditation. You will work in a variety of Secondary Schools across the area, covering classes/subjects as needed to cover Teacher absence.

You will need to have...

A passion for engaging young people in learning, as well as having resilience and strength of character. You should have relevant experience and/or be educated up to Degree level. You will need a level headed approach, and the desire to build on your existing skills to progress in this role. You should also be able to think on your feed and be unphased by unfamiliar environments.
