Cover Supervisor

I am currently looking for a full time Cover supervisor to work in an Andover Secondary School with good behaviour and excellent ambitions moving forward. You will join a team under clear leadership,

This role doesn’t necessarily require experience working in schools, however a passion for education and a natural confidence will be key to success in this position. This role is also great for graduates who are considering training to teach, with paid experience and networking opportunities plentiful. Teaching Personnel are also able to help advise and guide you when applying for initial teacher training as well as helping to match you with a suitable school.

The school are looking to pay a competetive salary dependant on previous experience and qualifications ranging from GBP12000 to GBP15000

The role will be a mixed subject role tailored to your specialty, you would not need specific subject knowledge of the class you are covering however you would need to be able to manage the classroom and behaviour in a way that was engaging and fun whilst also ensuring that all pupils are on task and completing the work that is set, and following policies and procedures when this isn’t occurring.

We are working with the school in multiple capacities with positions available for permanent and supply cover supervisors within the school.
