Cover Supervisor - Sheffield

A secondary school in South Sheffield are looking to hire a cover supervisor on a temporary basis in March. This position is available due to staffing restructure and the increase in pupil enrolment this academic year. Applications for the cover supervisor are welcome from candidates of ranging experience. - Full time position starting in March 2018
- Supply contract with the possibility of a permanent contract in September 2018
- Must have experience supporting children aged 11-16
- Rates of pay up to £70 per day dependant on experience

The role of cover supervisor will involve leading lessons and covering in the absence of class teachers (varying subjects). You must also have the flexibility to work in different subjects and be confident managing behaviour and training whilst full support will be provided by the school.

This position has been made available late due to staffing restructure, the school are looking to employ temporary initially with the possibility of becoming a more fixed appointment for the academic year.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
