We are working with one of our partnered secondary schools this September, supporting them in sourcing a Student Wellbeing Officer to join their behaviour department in an immediate post. The successful candidate must hold previous experience in a similar role and be confident in dealing with challinging student behaviour.
You will work across PRU, isolation and monitor the school building. You're going to join their Student Welfare Adviser Team and be required to report to their team manager. Within your role you will work in line with the school departments in order to support students in Mental Health with student counselling.
As a Student Wellbeing Advisor, you will be required to provide professional support, assist pupils with mental health, and health and wellbeing concerns they have.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
