As a cover supervisor you will be offered a wide range of opportunities in both your subject specialism and others, including taking full classes with pre-set work from teaching staff, providing support to departments as and when required. You will be responsible for ensuring the students are behaving and stay focused on the work left by the relevant teaching staff.

Though previous experience working as a cover supervisor will be highly beneficial for working through Teaching Personnel it is not essential and Teaching Personnel would welcome applications from graduates looking to work in schools, teaching assistants, sports coaches, youth workers and anyone with previous experience working in a school/tutoring setting previously.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
