I work with a number of Schools in the South Lincolnshire area who use Teaching Personnel for Day to Day and Long Term cover. After a very successful year I now require further staff to work as a Cover Supervisor in the Secondary Schools I support. As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

- supervise and support classes of children across all subjects and Key Stages during periods of teacher absence

- motivate others and strive to raise attainment

- demonstrate creativity, flexibility and resilience

- be educated to Degree level, or has relevant educational experience or life experience to add value to the classroom

Experience working within Education is preferred however not essential as we’ve had lots of candidates come from varied backgrounds and have gone on to have successful careers within the Education sector.

I personally support Schools in Skegness, Spilsby, Boston, Spalding, Horncastle, Long Sutton, Holbeach, Stamford, Bourne and Sleaford, however our office covers the whole of South Lincolnshire.

Working opportunities are varied and flexible – We have day to day supply work, Pre booked supply and Full time supply work. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
