Teaching personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of our client schools in the Lancashire areas. Our client schools seek to appoint a number of cover supervisors to provide regular cover for teachers within their schools;

Our client schools who have a need for Cover Supervisor’s are in the following areas;

Blackpool, Preston, Chorley and Leyland

As a Cover Supervisor working within our client schools you will hold the following responsibilities;

*Supervising classes in the absence of teachers-delivering pre-prepared work

*Assisting the learning of pupils following lesson plans and implementing excellent behaviour management

*Provide feedback to the department on the progress of pupils in class and report any behavioural issues to them

As a cover supervisor ideally you will need the following credentials;

*Be a graduate (All subject specialisms considered)

*Be comfortable supporting pupils stay on task within lessons and be able to manage behaviour

*Hold previous experience working within secondary schools and be passionate about furthering your career within secondary education

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
