ARE YOU SEEKING WORK AS A COVER SUPERVISOR? ARE YOU AVAILABLE IN MARCH 2017?

If so, a mainstream client Secondary School in Blackpool are seeking not 1, but 6 - 8 Cover Supervisors to cover general staff absences in school. The school is one of our big client schools who work solely with Teaching Personnel for day to day and longer term Cover Supervisor bookings.

Teaching Personnel have been approached to organise a recruitment day for the school of staff who are willing to complete one voluntary day so they can assess your capability in the classroom and fit for their school. After this, if you get on well, you will be selected into a priortised list of ban staff for the school for day to day supply.

It is highly likely that a few days supply in the school will lead into something longer term, as SLT mentioned; "We are more than likely going to be needing Cover Supervisors on a minimum of a 6 week basis at a time. However, what we would like in the first instance is a suitable pool of experienced Cover Supervisors who are outgoing and have the ability to think for themselves and available for any emergency cover that we require in the morning or prior evening."

About the school:

The school is situated just off the M55 with close links to the motorway and surrounding public transport links Inc. the bus and train. At present, it is currently in 'special measures' but has undergone some successful transitions and is in the process of moving to 'requires improvement.' Staff in the school are extremely welcoming and friendly and would treat supply staff as their own. Behaviour of students can be challenging, therefore strong behaviour management skills are essential for this role.
