Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and adaptable Flexible Cover Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will work in various secondary schools across the Wythenshawe area. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent behaviour management skills who are looking for flexibility in their work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classroom activities during teacher absences.
  • Ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Implement and maintain effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure student engagement.
  • Build rapport with students, promoting a respectful and inclusive classroom culture.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for education and working with young people.
