Teaching Personnel are currently in the process or recruiting graduates, teaching assistants, teachers and experienced cover supervisors who now wish to gain flexible work in secondary schools within the Wigan LEA.

Currently we are working closely with secondary schools to support with daily staffing requirements in the absence of the main classroom teacher and introducing staff members who are able to cover lessons where a teacher is absent.

This opportunity is perfect for anyone that is looking to gain experience in a secondary school setting or for an experienced member of staff that wishes to gain more regular work or increase their current workload.

Teaching Personnel are specialists in education recruitment and will offer support to lesser experienced staff members to ensure each staff member is fully trained and prepared before entering the classroom. We offer state of the art CPD training such as our in-house 'Become a Cover Supervisor Course' which is ran by former teachers with an abundance of experience in the classroom environment.
