Cover Supervisor - Sheffield

Do you want to gain classroom based experience in Secondary Schools?

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a secondary school in the North of Sheffield in order to recruit a Cover Supervisor. The school are seeking a Cover Supervisor to work in the schools cover team on a full time basis. This Cover Supervisor vacancy is for a position due to start after October half term, with an opportunity for a school based contract for the successful Cover Supervisor.

As a Cover Supervisor, your role will involve delivering pre planned lessons in the absence of the teacher. In addition to this, you will be delivering intervention sessions on a 1:1 and small group basis in your subject specialism.

The secondary school is located in a rural area of Sheffield and can be accessed by a 10 minute drive from Sheffield city centre with direct transport links. In their most recent Ofsted inspection, the school was graded 'Good' in all areas. The school are seeking a Cover Supervisor who can meet the schools high standards, and hit the ground running after October half term.
