Cover Supervisor - Wigan

Full time and part time Cover Supervisor positions available immediately for experienced tutors, Graduates and those with experience working with pupils aged 11-16. If you have experience covering lessons, supporting students, coaching or tutoring then Teaching Personnel would like to hear from you.

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a number Cover Supervisors in order to service our partner Secondary schools in Wigan after an influx of requests for flexible support staff already at this time of year.

As a Cover Supervisor working within our client Secondary schools, you will be covering lessons where a teacher is absent, delivering pre-set lesson plans and reporting back to the class teacher on their return. It is crucial that you hold good behaviour management skills and are confident when taking responsibility of a class with students that you may not have met before.

Cover Supervising Role;

  • Flexible but regular work which you can tailor around your availability
  • Opportunity to work within a number of excellent Secondary schools in the Wigan area
  • Regular work and introduction to longer fixed term positions
  • Opportunity to earn between £1000-1200 a month
  • Although experience is preferred it is not essential for this role as a Cover Supervisor.
