Cover Supervisor

Join secondary schools in Bolton, providing support for teachers and teaching assistants with the day to day running of the school.

Responsibilities of a cover supervisor include:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons/work covering a teacher’s absence.
• Facilitate learning across varying levels of ability within specific subjects.
• Support children aged 11-16 with additional learning needs.
• Support students in small groups who require additional guidance to reach their attainment grades.
• Gain invaluable experience towards teaching training applications.

Application Requirements

• Any transferrable experience working with children/young people is required.
• You do not need a teaching qualification.

Located in Bolton, our client secondary schools can be accessed via the M66/A56 from surrounding areas including Bury, Worsley and Salford. For non-drivers, there is several public transportation links meaning the school can be accessed from neighbouring areas such as Farnworth, Little Lever and Horwich.
