- Pay: £10.77/hour- paid weekly.

Teaching Personnel are in partnership with a lovely SEMH school in Nailsea who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their wonderful team. The school are looking for energetic and patient individuals to support their students both academically and personally. Your role will include supporting the teacher with general classroom assistance and providing 1:1 support to those with challenging behaviour and being the best teaching assisant you can be! This is a school for those with emotional and mental health needs. Many students in this school have faced adversity in the past such as trauma and face significant barriers to learning. They can be highly disruptive and display challenging behaviour so confidence in behaviour management is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
