Are you an enthusiastic graduate looking for an exciting opportunity in Plymouth? Are you available from February half term to work throughout the Easter and summer terms?

Teaching Personnel are looking for a cover supervisor to work in secondary schools around the Plymouth area on a supply and a week by week basis.

The successful candidate:

  • Will have a PGCE qualification
  • Will have experience teaching in a secondary school
  • Will have a specialist subject they like to teach i.e. P.E
  • Must have excellent behaviour management and confidence to teach a class of up to 30 students
  • Will have a full clean UK driving license with own transport - none driving candidates need to be able to travel on public transport

  • Gain experience through teaching on a day to day and week by week basis in different secondary schools in Plymouth
  • Provide schools with your specialist subject knowledge

In order to work for Teaching Personnel and clear our vetting process, you must have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service. Full assistance will be provided should you need to apply for a new check, at a standard cost of £44, plus an annual subscription fee of £13 for the Update Service.
