 Cover Supervisor – Immediate Start! 
 Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
 Start Date: ASAP
 Contract: Day-to-Day / Short-Term Supply

We’re seeking motivated Cover Supervisors to join a vibrant secondary school in Wisbech — starting immediately!

Your Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lessons.
  • Keep students focused, engaged, and motivated throughout the day.
  • Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom atmosphere.
  • Adapt confidently across a range of subjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4).
  • Be available for both short-notice and pre-booked cover assignments.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a fantastic fit if you:

  • Have previous experience in a school or youth setting (e.g. Cover Supervisor, HLTA, TA, Tutor, or Coach).
  • Are confident managing classrooms and supporting secondary-age learners.
  • Are adaptable, reliable, and thrive on variety.
  • Have a genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
  • Can easily travel to schools in and around Wisbech.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
