Cover Supervisor – Bolton

Teaching Personnel are working with an Ofsted-rated “Good” secondary school in Bolton who are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

The Role:

• Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher

• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment

• Support students with their work and maintain engagement throughout lessons

The School:

• Ofsted rated Good

• Supportive leadership team with strong behaviour policies

• Welcoming and inclusive school environment

The Offer:

• £100 per day

• Temporary to permanent opportunity

• Full-time, Monday to Friday

• Ongoing support from Teaching Personnel

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people (education-based experience desirable)

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Confident, reliable and professional approach
