About the Role

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking core subject teachers to start working in September in the East Riding of Yorkshire and Hull area. The role will be flexible in terms of what subjects are taught on a day to day basis, however maths and English are essential and functional skills is also highly desirable. If you are looking to work with children and really make a difference in the world of teaching then Teaching Personnel can find the role for you.

The schools that we cater to, range in age groups from 4-18, but we welcome teachers who specialise and who can work with all age groups.

About you as the Ideal Candidate

You will be currently working with SEN children or have previous experience working with SEN children. This is vital as you will be dealing with children facing a range of varying leaning difficulties and will require additional support. As you will be working routinely with SEN children, it is essential that you have previously worked in a role dealing with SEN children in either a mainstream school, or ideally a specialist SEN school.

The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • A clean driving license and their own transport
  • An outgoing nature
  • A calm demeanour
  • A commitment to child welfare
  • A passion for educating young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
