Core Subject Graduates Maths/English/Science Intervention Roles

Are you a recent graduate of any core subject; English, Maths or Science?

Have you thought about pursuing a career in Education?

If so our client secondary school located in the Vale of Glamorgan have an excellent opportunity within their support team. As an intervention specialist your role will be to provide support and guidance to pupils who are undertaking their upcoming GCSE's.

The school are looking for specialists who can help raise attainment of pupils on the C/D borderline.

In the past these interventions have worked well as graduates across the subjects have been able to give expert advice and give more thorough and in depth support to small groups or 1:1 with pupils.

Within this job role you will be working closely with the head of departments to aid with the curriculum supporting pupils alongside their normal lessons.

The position is to start on a full time basis for the foreseeable future, potentially through till the end of the academic year.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
