Teacher of Computing required in the Fylde area ASAP
Full-time, until May half term at least
Supportive department
Due to the urgent need for a Teacher of Computing, one of my client schools in the Fylde area have contacted me this afternoon requesting a Computing Teacher ASAP. The role is to start ASAP; ideally this week, but they would be able to manage internally until after Easter for the right candidate. It is full-time teaching Computing to KS3/4 students. The successful candidate would be expected to plan and deliver their own lessons, whilst fully supported by the department.
The school is a larger than average secondary school with around 1,100 students on roll. They are currently in 'Requires Improvement' however they have recently undergone some successful transition periods during the past 6 months. Some of the students may present challenging behaviour, therefore strong behaviour management skills are required. The school are willing to consider both NQTs and FQTs so all qualified Computing Teachers are urged to apply.
The school would be ideally looking to meet any suitable candidates this week. If you are interested, please contact Hayley ASAP on 01772 842155 or email hayley.slater@teachingpersonnel.com
