I am currently working in partnership with the Head of Computing, who is looking to take on a Newly Qualified Teacher of Computer Science/ICT in September

Located in Calderdale, close to Bradford we are looking to secure a Computer Science/ICT NQT for when the doors are back open!

I am seeking Secondary Newly Qualified Teachers of Computer Science/ICT  who:

• Have worked in UK secondary schools previously
• Taught 9-1 GCSE Computer Science/ICT
• Can adapt to new situations quickly & have the ability to think on your feet
• Have an upbeat and positive attitude towards the education of young people
• Hold QTS
• A DBS certificate registered on the Update Service! Or be willing to get one through Teaching Personnel

The role will be excellent opportunity for an ambitious NQT who is ready to make an instant impactafter completing teacher training.You will have the ability to demonstrate a positive and creative approach in the classroom and keep the students engaged and on track with high quality planned lessons. The post will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to teach across the full age and ability range at KS3 and KS4 and show case all their talents! To make this role even better the school was graded “Ofsted Outstanding” and with the school building being only a few years old, it still has that new paint smell and feel about the place!

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of this thriving team, that supports students to achieve their potential up to GCSE. The team work very collaboratively and are always keen to develop their pedagogy and adopt new approaches. This role will be to start as soon as possible.
