Job description

Teaching Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a thriving, multicultural primary school in Slough to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher for a permanent, full-time position.

The Role

As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where pupils feel inspired, challenged and supported.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress to ensure excellent outcomes
  • Creating a positive classroom culture that promotes learning and wellbeing
  • Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of all learners
  • Working closely with colleagues, parents and external agencies where required
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school community

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Demonstrates strong classroom practice and subject knowledge
  • Has high expectations for both pupil achievement and behaviour

  • Is reflective and committed to continuous professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
