Are you a caring person who loves working with children?

Our SEN school is looking to recruit care workers to work with children with complex and multiple learning disorders throughout their school day.

The school supports students age 2-11 and offers a holistic and imaginative approach to learning, based on sensory and cognitive devlopment.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work with the students in the classroom ensuring they are interacting and engaged, and assist them with any personal needs such as moving and handling, personal care and toileting.
You will be responsible for the well-being of the student you are assigned to support, ensuring they are happy, comfortable and secure at all times. You must be calm, caring, patient and motivated.

The working hours are 8.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday and can be available on a full time or flexible basis.

Please be aware that all applicants must have a child workforce only enhanced DBS which is registered to the update service, or be willing to apply for one.
