A multi-disciplinary team and high staff ratios ensure intensive individual support.

The job will be varied and interesting and you will find yourself involved in every aspect of the children and young people's lives – including practical, hands on activities, offering vital emotional, guidance and support – and bringing your personal care, attention and structure to every child's unique life. Each day will bring its own set of challenges, obstacles and victories, as well as the personal rewards of working with each individual to help them achieve their personal best – whatever that may be.

We are looking for motivated care professionals who will strive to meet each young person’s individual needs at all times. Although it is not essential you have experience supporting young people with special needs, it would be beneficial for you to have an understanding of Autism.
