A vacancy has arisen is one of our partner schools for a Teaching Assistants within their inclusion unit. The students that you would be responsible with aiding have been identified as at risk of exclusion and have become disengaged from learning. The school will need the successful Teaching Assistants to be equally comfortable working on a 1:1 basis and as part of a group. Given the nature of role, your behaviour management must be excellent and a willingness to make a difference is essential.

This Large secondary school is located just outside of Cardiff and is easily accessible from the M4 and it also has great public transport links from city centre. They have excellent reputations for aiding both their staff and the pupils, which make them a great place to learn/work.

  • Full time Teaching Assistant position
  • Fantastic opportunity to enhance future PGCE applications
  • Experience working with children aged 11-16 is necessary for this position
  • £50 - £60 per day depending upon previous experiences
  • The ability to drive and access your own car is advantageous
