Are you a fun, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual which is committed to working within primary schools across Hayes?

Ideally we are looking for an individual that has experience within an educational setting and have a high understanding and experience of working with children. The role of the teaching assistant is to provide support and assist the teacher ensuring all pupils within the class are on track and learning at all times.

The qualities that we are looking for:

-          Recent teaching assistant experience within a school or from a tuition background

-          Confident teaching KS1 & KS2 in line with the national curriculum

-          Reliable, passionate and personable

-          Conducting observations in order to provide feedback to both parents and staff

The successful candidate:

-          Minimum NVQ Level 3 Supporting Teachers and Learning in schools or are degree qualified

-          Ability to build an maintain solid relationships with staff and students

-          Excellent communication and organisational skills

What we can offer:

-          The role is currently on a temp to perm basis with the strong possibility to go permanent

-          Competitive day rates starting at GBP65, which can be negotiated depending on experience
