Experienced Level 2 SSA required covering a long term sickness within a 'Good' Catholic Primary School.

  • Opportunity to secure a longer term/permanent role within a thriving, Catholic Primary School.
  • Support pupils with complex and additional needs including behaviour is essential for this role.
  • Experience working within an EYFS setting within the last twelve months and excellent classroom based references are highly sought after.

Teaching Personnel is seeking to recruit an experienced and passionate teaching assistant, to working within a Blackburn Primary School. The position is to start in January 2016 and run until May 2016, with the opportunity to secure a longer term/permanent contract.

The successful candidate will be required to provide 1:1 support for a year 4 pupil with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. The pupil can at times be very challenging, physical and verbally aggressive.

Experience working within KS2 is essential for this role and were possible experience supporting pupils with Emotional, Social and Behavioural Difficulties is highly sought after.

This position offers candidates the scope to develop their career within a Primary school, alongside upholding high expectations of learning, attainment and behaviour. The school is easily accessible via a number of transport links and junction 3 and 4 of the M65.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
