About the school:

This is a well respected school with a good Ofsted history, its multi-cultural and multi-faith community has created a flourishing school based on the idea of diversity and acceptance. With an ethos based around inclusion it has an extensive SEND department, with a string of experienced and skilled staff it has enabled the school to build an excellent reputation. The nursery department has been recognised for it's outstanding work; subsequently they have been provided with the Early Years Quality Mark for the good provision, practise, progress and performance.

About the role:

The school are currently looking for experienced nursery staff to help support the learning of nursery classes. Whilst working with the pupils you will be demonstrating your ability to adapt and understand the variety of needs for each child. Being able to engage and build positive relationships with pupils and staff is essential, they are looking for a member of staff to add to the close community within the school. Each class is required to have an additional member of staff to support individual groups of pupils and occasionally one to one support, provide behavioural management when necessary and to be able to effectively comment on their progression.

We are looking for:

  • CACHE level 2 or above
  • 2 years previous experience
  • Passionate about teaching and supporting pupils learning
  • Previous experience teaching and supporting EYFS

The school is located in north Ealing, connected by a variety of train and bus services. It is an 11 minute walk from Boston Manor station and connected by bus services such as the 195 and E8.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
