  • 6 month fixed term placement (Jan - Jul 2018)
  • Maternity cover position
  • Pay scale negotiable depending on experience (M1-6)

Teaching Personnel are looking for a Teacher who can deliver Business Studies and Computing across KS3/4 in a client school on the Wirral. The position is to start as soon as possible and will run until the end of the academic year initially. The Headteacher is looking to interview and appoint as soon as possible.

Our client school is a smaller than average co-educational, comprehensive secondary school in Birkenhead on the Wirral; specialist in Business & Enterprise and Languages. The school welcomed students into its brand new building in September 2017 and offers a magnificent environment for learning. The school meets the government's current floor standards, which set the minimum expectations for students' attainment and progress and the students benefit from a curriculum offer which is broad and balanced.

To be considered for this Business Studies & Computing Teacher Job you will need to be/have:

  • QTS or NQT status
  • Experience teaching Business Studies & Computing to GCSE
  • Enthusiasm, dedication, resilience and a passion for teaching

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
