Are you an experienced Business Studies Teacher looking to work in a vibrant and welcoming learning environment?

Teaching Personnel are working closely with one of our partner schools in Northumberland, who are seeking to appoint an ambitious and hard working Business Studies Teacher to cover a maternity leave for the duration of the academic year starting in September 2019. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to further their career at a school with solid foundations in teaching and learning.

  • Full time Teacher of Business Studies from September 2019
  • Maternity cover for the duration of the academic year
  • Teaching Business at KS4 level
  • Friendly and supportive department
  • Pay in line with MPS and UPS (£23,720-£39,406)

The school are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Teacher of Business Studies to teach across the school to GCSE level. We are looking for candidates with a passion for Business Studies and the ability to deliver a highly engaging and innovative curriculum to all students.

Our partner school are seeking prospective candidates who ideally have experience teaching vocational Business Studies courses previously, although this would be an excellent introductory position for Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs). This role will involve full planning and marking responsibilities in line with the feedback policy of our partner school. Applicants should hold relevant qualifications, as well Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or equivalent.
