Business Studies Teacher - Newcastle

Job description

Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a Business Studies Teacher on behalf of a client school in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role is due to start the week after the Easter holiday and consists of a 5 day per week timetable. You will be prepping and delivering lessons across KS4 - KS5 to classes of mixed ability. The starting date for the role is the 23rd April.

The school is located in Newcastle and has over 1000 pupils on roll - behaviour within the school is good and the most recent Ofsted rating graded the school as 'Good'.

An ideal candidate will have:

  • UK recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience Teaching Business Studies across KS4 - KS5
  • A friendly and patient approach to teaching and a vision to enhance pupil attainment
  • Strong behaviour management skills and an ability to develop positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • The ability to plan and deliver effective lessons
