Salary: £1500 - £1700 per month

Responsibilities: As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential support to students with SEN and SEMH challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Offering personalized support to students, both one-on-one and in small groups.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitoring and documenting student progress and providing feedback as needed.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Empathy, patience, and a strong desire to help students overcome barriers to learning.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and adapt to the diverse needs of students.
