Teacher of Business Studies needed for September 2018!

Teaching Personnel are working exclusively with an Ofsted rated "Good", 11-18 mixed Secondary School in Chichester. The School are looking to recruit a Teacher of Business Studies to join them this coming September, the ideal candidate will be able to uphold the outstanding expectations of the School and Department, and deliver outstanding teaching at KS4. The role is on a full time basis but part time would be considered, and constitute working on Supply for the first term after which point the right candidate may be offered a Perm or FTC.

You must be;

  • Able to confidently plan and deliver lessons in Business Studies to KS4 Students.
  • Able to adapt your teaching style to suit each individual Students needs, delivering high quality teaching to mixed ability classes.
  • An excellent classroom manager.
  • Passionate about your Subject, and able to enthuse Students at all levels and abilities.
  • Able to respect the Schools values and Ethos.

Qualifications and Skills;

  • Candidates must hold a relevant degree and other teaching qualification (QTS,QTLS or NQT).
  • The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching KS4 IT/Business.
  • Safeguarding training.
  • Familiarity with SIMs desirable.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
