Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a large 'good' rated school in the Bolton area. The school are looking to appoint a Business and ICT teacher who is able to teach Business to GCSE level. Experience teaching ICT be advantageous, however KS3 ICT teaching ability is essential.

• Business and ICT teacher full time from September
• Pay in line with MPS and UPS scale (£22,917 - £38,633)
• Teaching both KS3 and KS4 students up to GCSE level
• Hold QTS and a PGCE specialising in Business Studies/ICT
• Looking to interview and appoint ASAP

*The incoming Business and ICT teacher will lead a Business Study's heavy timetable whilst also teaching an element of ICT *

This school has a sixth form on campus and is larger than the average high school with around 1800 pupils on roll. In their most recent Ofsted inspection the school was rated 'Good' across the board 'Good' by Ofsted. The school is located in Bolton and can easily be accessed via the M61 motorway. Public transport links are easily accessible via the surrounding areas of Wigan, Chorley, Preston, Bury and Salford.

The successful teacher must be comfortable teaching students ranging in ages 11-16 up to GCSE level and will be able to manage a full time table that will include full planning and marking responsibilities. You will be confident in your teaching and be able to increase engagement from pupils who might otherwise struggle to stay focused in lessons. You will have a dynamic teaching approach alongside good classroom management skills.
