Level 2 BSL Teaching Assistant in Middlesbrough

  • Do you have a Level 2 (or above) Qualification in BSL?
  • Are you experienced working with pupils across Primary years?
  • Available for short and long term requirements in Middlesbrough?

Teaching Personnel are working with a school in Middlesbrough who are looking for Teaching Assistants with BSL Qualifications and experience to support them on short and long term requirements.

The Primary school supports pupils with a range of pupils who have Hearing Impairments and SEN.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with Special Education Needs

• Previous experience working with Primary years across KS1-KS2

• BSL Qualification (ideally Level 2)

• Proven Success of working within a school or care environment

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
