A Catholic school located in Blackburn, who are working exclusively with Teaching Personnel, have asked the agency to push local recruitment in order to meet their high demand for supply teachers; particularly for a Reception teacher to start in January 2018. The school is a one form mainstream Primary, with a variety of needs including children from; socially deprived backgrounds; higher and lower than age expected levels; special educational needs; language and communication levels. On an average week, the school have been known to have more than three supply teachers and so the demand for quality practitioners who can work across a range of year groups is high. The Head teacher contacted the office this afternoon and noted that she is continually happy with the service provided by the agency and now she is keen to appoint an experienced practitioner to work in the Reception unit. The Head also noted that she would like to see NQT, RQT and Fully Inducted Teacher CVs with the view to shortlisting and observing. This is a fantastic opportunity for any teachers looking for a full time, long term work lasting until at least Summer 2018.

The school is currently graded 'GOOD' by Ofsted, following a recent inspection in the Autumn 1 term. With this, they are keen to maintain high standards and push for an outstanding grading in their next inspection.

In order for you to work in school, you must be fully vetted by Teaching Personnel, hold a DBS with the update service and be qualified with Qualified Teacher Status.
