Behaviour Teaching Assistant

We are currently working on behalf of a central school in Leicester to find a full time behaviour teaching assistant. The role is to start as soon as possible. Based in a ofsted Good school you will be based across KS2 supporting where needed in the classroom aiming to reduce behavioural outburst and aid in maintaining focus on learning.

the successful candidate will :

  • have both a theoretical and practical knowledge of school life
  • be experienced working with sen or challenging behaviour
  • be keen to get stuck in and hit the ground running
  • have the ability to work well as part of a team and get involved

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
