Behaviour Teaching Assistants needed across York

  • Supporting young and vulnerable pupils with Special Educational Needs
  • Primary and Secondary Students
  • Autism, ADHD, SEMH and PD

We are currently recruiting for Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a number of SEN Provisions across York on a supply basis starting as soon as possible.

These provisions are ideally looking for Teaching Assistants who are experienced at working with young people who have various Special Educational Needs such as:

• Autism


• Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties

• Learning Difficulties

The Teaching Assistant should have knowledge and understanding of:

• The needs of young Adults

• Development and the ways in which children learn;

• The roles played by various adults in a child’s education;

• Behaviour management strategies;

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
