We are developing a reputation as the strongest agency for specialist SEN support staff and regularly supply SEN schools with teaching assistants on a short and long term basis. We work with Autism, challenging behaviour and general special needs school.

In this instance we are particularly looking for Teaching Assistants who have an interest in working with secondary aged pupils with challenging behaviour in Boston.

Ideally you will be flexible and happy to do short term supply work whilst we look for an ideal long term role for you.

Experience in a school is desired but not essential, as we also look for experience in areas such as social care and youth work.

A Team Teach qualification or other Intervention training would be an advantage but again is not essential as we have the facility to be able to offer training in this.
