A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to work as a Teaching Assistant within a mainstream setting in Bridport. The position is five days a week and you will be working with a year 4 statemented pupil at a school with a wide range of needs. Your main roles and responsibilities will be to work collaboratively with the school management development team to implement behaviour targets and regularly review the progress of pupils. You will assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education/ Behaviour Plans and Personal Care programmes. A positive attitude and a passion for working with children is essential. Only successful applicants will be contacted.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
