If you consider yourself a resilient and outgoing person with an interest in supporting young people who are out of mainstream schooling Teaching Personnel have the perfect opportunity.

Teaching Personnel are exclusively partnered with a school in Eastleigh who require a Behaviour TA. The school caters for secondary aged pupils with SEMH that do not have access to mainstream education. We are recruiting for full and part time Learning Support Assistants to work on a 1:1 or small group basis with pupils between 8.30am and 3.30pm. The role will involve:

  • Supporting the pupil with their work
  • Engaging the pupil in education
  • Managing behaviour

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
