Role

A Primary School that Teaching Personnel work closely with are currently looking for a full-time Behaviour Support Worker to support pupils across the whole school for a permanent post this September. The role will be Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm and pay will be dependant upon experience. You will be working with assigned children each day with small groups and on a 121 basis. Team Teach Training is essential however, if you do not hold this certificate Teaching Personnel can provide this for you.

Ideal candidate

The school are looking for a:

  • An experienced Behaviour Mentor with recent experience working with children and young people
  • Team Teach Training (which Teaching Personnel can provide)
  • DBS
  • Passport
  • Available full-time

School

The school received 'Good' at its last Ofsted in 2015 and are on there way to Outstanding. The school have a strong Senior Leadership Team and have 2 other Behaviour Mentors in school in which you will work as a team. The school in located in Leeds (Roundhay) just a short journey away from the Leeds City Centre in LS8.

Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a variety of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, such as; Team Teach, Educare, Creative Education, and Leeds Trinity University.

In addition to this we work alongside many leaders of education and have our own ex-head teacher that provides candidates with bespoke, high-quality training. The CPD on offer will assist with your personal and career development, making you the most highly sought candidates in the market.
