Behaviour Support Worker Wanted | September Start

Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a mainstream, two form entry school in the NG8 area of Nottingham, who are seeking a full time behaviour support worker to support pupils across the entire school from September. The school are looking for an experienced individual with a really engaging personality and strong behaviour management skills. The role will be temporary to begin with, however there is an opportunity for it to become permanent for the right candidate.

The school are looking for an individual who:

  • Is experienced working in a similar role (2+years ideally)
  • Is confident, engaging and has strong behaviour management skills
  • Can work effectively as part of a team

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
