Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to appoint a Behaviour Support and Inclusion Worker who can support students from Key Stages 2 - 4 at an Alternative Provision in Darley, Harrogate. The role is full time and ongoing and is likely to go permanent if the candidate is successful in the position.

The school caters to students that have statements of Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues, are extremely vulnerable and display challenging behaviour. The school adopts a person centred, non-judgemental and nurturing approach, focusing on positive behaviour support, reengagement and behaviour management.

We are looking for someone who is resilient to challenging behaviour, passionate about making a difference to vulnerable young people's lives and looking for a career opportunity full of progression.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
